Return and Refund Policy – Phantom Luxry

Phantom Luxry offers digital products and online services only. All products are delivered digitally and no physical goods are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not possible once delivery has started. By placing an order, you expressly agree that delivery of digital content may begin immediately after purchase and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, as permitted under applicable European consumer law.
All sales of digital products are final. Refunds will not be provided once digital content has been delivered, except in cases where a proven technical failure prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved by Phantom Luxry within a reasonable time.
If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased product, you must contact us at info@phantomluxry.com within a reasonable period after purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or restore access.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
